The Mission
Motorola Solutions is entering a new era. We are pivoting from a hardware-led legacy to a technology ecosystem leader involving Mission Critical Communications, Video Security & Access Control, and Command Center Software.
We are looking for a Country Manager to lead this transformation in the Philippines. This is not a maintenance role; it is a "Builder" role. You will protect our core leadership in Public Safety while aggressively hunting new growth in the Enterprise sector:

This role requires mastery of the end-to-end government bidding lifecycle, from influence to contract perfection.Pre-Bid Influence: Engage proactively with Technical Working Groups (TWG) during the pre-procurement stages. Influence Terms of Reference (TOR) to ensure specifications prioritize high-performance standards and interoperability, legally ring-fencing value against "lowest price" commodity threats.Bid Compliance: Oversee the zero-error execution of bid submissions. Ensure absolute adherence to statutory requirements for "Responsive Bids" managing local partners to prevent technical disqualification due to documentation errors.Closing Zone Command: personally own the critical "Post-Qualification" period. Proactively manage the validation of references, factory site visits, and international document authentication (Apostille/Consularization) to prevent delays between the Notice of Award and the Notice to Proceed.3. Matrix Leadership & Orchestration
Technical Resource Deployment: Effectively captain a matrixed team of Pre-Sales Engineers and Solution Architects who do not report to you administratively but serve your market operationally.Deploy Pre-Sales Engineers to win tactical technical validations and product shootouts.Elevate Solution Architects to design complex, multi-year ecosystems that create long-term customer stickiness.Regional Advocacy: Fight for the Philippines within the regional structure to secure the necessary product supply, legal air cover, and pricing approvals to win.4. Stewardship & Governance
Ethical Leadership: Serve as the guardian of the Motorola Solutions brand. Navigate the complex local political landscape with absolute integrity, ensuring full compliance with FCPA and global ethical standards.Crisis Management: Act as the senior point of contact for National Agencies during natural disasters or emergencies where our technology is the backbone of the response.#LI-MM8

Basic RequirementsAt least 15+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in B2B/B2G technology sales, with significant tenure in a Multi-National Corporation (MNC). Experience operating under strict corporate governance and compliance frameworks is non-negotiable.Public Sector Fluency: Deep, practical knowledge of the Philippine government procurement lifecycle. You must demonstrate the ability to navigate Technical Working Groups (TWG), Bids and Awards Committees (BAC), and complex validation protocols without legal missteps.Complex Deal Closures: History of closing more than $5M USD system integration deals involving hardware, software, and services.Network: Verified access to decision-makers in the Philippine Public Safety sector and/or major Enterprise conglomerates (e.g., Logistics, Utilities, Manufacturing).
