Your Mission:
As Strategic Commercial Pipeline Lead Oncology at our Wiesbaden location, you will take on a key role in the German Oncology Business Unit team. You will actively shape the strategic direction of the oncology pipeline and make a significant contribution to the preparation and success of future therapies.
Your Responsibilities:
Strongly position German needs and perspectives in international pipeline strategy developmentDevelop and implement forward-thinking localized pre-launch and launch strategies as well as pre-launch activitiesAnalyze market and revenue potentials, create well-founded business casesConduct needs analyses and build insight based market understanding from a commercial and cross-functional perspectiveLead and develop cross-functional teams to optimally position our pipeline in the marketCollaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including international colleagues, patient groups, and key opinion leadersPresent results and recommendations to management at national and international levelQualifications
Qualifications
Strong commercial competencies and broad commercial acumenDemonstrable analytical skills and experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectorExperience and enthusiasm for leading cross-functional teamsAbility to identify market needs and develop volume assumptions and business casesQualification according to § 75a of the German Medicines Act (scientific degree or certified pharmaceutical representative)Ideally experience in oncology or the willingness to energetically immerse yourself in this field—your mindset and motivation are crucialExcellent German and English language skillsMotivation and potential for the next career steps in an international, dynamic environmentWhat We Offer:
