About the role
Drive execution of short-, mid-, and long-term strategic initiatives across sales, pre-sales, marketing, and customer success.Define and track team KPIs/OKRs aligned to business goals.Prioritize and track key initiatives — maintain dashboards, scorecards, and status reports.Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews — prepare agendas, track actions, and follow-ups.Partner with cross-functional leaders to remove blockers, drive accountability, and ensure timely delivery.Provide analytical support and build business cases for new projects and investments.Act as a thought partner and execution arm for the GM to ensure focus on top priorities.
About you
8 or more years of experience in program/project management, strategy, or business operations.Strong analytical and Excel/PowerPoint skills; able to build metrics dashboards and models.Structured thinker with strong organizational and prioritization skills.Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
