Strategic Marketing Lead
Major Responsibilities/Activities:

BU portfolio strategy development and product lifecycle management

Work with brand team and cross-functions to establish BU portfolio strategic plans and LRP (5-10 years Long Range Plan) to support company’s strategy, revenue and profit goalsWork with brand team and cross-functions to translate brand lifecycle management strategy, and BU portfolio enhancement strategy into portfolio development project including BD opportunity assessment and business case development

BU holistic VBP management and multichannel project management

Establish BU holistic end-to-end VBP management system and mechanism, work with cross-functions to empower the BU organization to practice end-to-end systematics and precise VBP management to drive business transformationConsolidate/monitor pVBP/NVBP status and impacts, drive/monitor the implementation of proactive management strategy and plans and track the KPIsWork with brand team and cross-function to drive/implement multichannel expansion or access projects including CHC, listing project and retail cooperation project and track the KPIs

Management of marketing development of products

Develop effective, competitive marketing strategies/marketing plans to leverage brand position in the market place and translate marketing strategies into day-to-day marketing tactics for sales force promotion executionEstablish solid KOLs relationship and strong brand positioning endorsement and leverage KOLs influence to shape the Drs treatment perception & Rx behaviors to achieve brand marketing objectivesApply different marketing mix and communication tools/platforms to maximize company & brand images in related therapeutic area to build strong brandingTranslate complex information/concepts into clear SWOT analysis and determine brand development strategies with solid marketing planning and Cycle POA (Plan of Action)Monitor and Track the brand marketing execution with clear KPIs results evaluation on Quarterly and Yearly basis

Management of the strategic marketing team

Develop an effective strategic marketing team that supports BU/TA marketing & sales strategies/objectives (e.g. staffing and coaching etc.)Motivate and improve the performance of the strategic marketing team by setting standards & goals, providing regular feedback and supporting plans for performance improvement so that all team members are inspired to contribute their maximum potentialsCreate an environment in which information regarding the market and company products can be shared and updated between the marketing team and other departments of the organization in order to generate the required business resultsAttract , keep and develop marketing talents and manage team’s turn over

Close/effective cooperation with Sales team and cross functional team

Establish mutual understanding and trust relationship with sales and cross functions team including global and effectively communicate and influence to drive results delivery.Directs the close cooperation between strategic marketing team and brand teams & sales teams in the implementation of Cycle POA with clear sales  promotion KPIs monitoring/tracking.Cooperate with cross functional team to ensure marketing related support to products market access, medical development, sales team training, regulatory & government affairs, finance management and process compliance.

REQUIREMENTS:Industry experiences: Minimum 10 years working experience in Pharmaceutical industryPosition experiences: 5+ years of marketing team management experiences in the multinational. Strategic marketing management or strategy development experience is a plusMinimum 1-2 years sales or sales management background is preferred2+ years portfolio management experience and brand lifecycle management. LCM or NPP experience is a plusExperience in Gastro, Liver, Pancreas, Biliary tract, CV etc.  is a plusFamiliar with market access environment and trend. VBP management experience is a plusLanguage Skills: Fluency in English both oral and writtenComputer Skills: Working knowledge, especially good at Excel and PowerPointMobility: Willing to travel frequentlyOther Special requirement:Strategic thinking. Thorough understanding on the healthcare industry (pharmaceutical and medical device markets) is a plusGood understanding of business and product knowledge with marketing senseOpen minded with good communication skillsGood team leadership skills & project management skillsStrong commercial feeling and analytical skills
