Roche Diagnostics Norway is seeking a dedicated Strategic Healthcare Partnerships Manager to forge trusted, long-term partnerships with public hospitals and healthcare regions.

In this pivotal role, focused on customer needs rather than specific products, you will move beyond transactional relationships to co-create value-based healthcare solutions and innovative partnerships. You will be instrumental in helping the Norwegian public sector navigate critical challenges like staff shortages and mandatory digitalization, solidifying Roche's position as the preferred strategic partner. Key responsibilities

Your focus will be on establishing strategic partnerships and supporting customers in transforming their healthcare systems. Your key responsibilities include:

Define and execute fundamental change initiatives, including new visions, strategic goals, and deployment plans for hospital departments, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Implement new care models, analyze disease pathways to improve patient outcomes, optimize provider experience, and enhance cost efficiency.

Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency through Lean assessments (e.g., Value-Stream Analysis) to enhance key metrics and streamline hospital work processes.

Consult on projects to identify and recommend digital solutions that streamline administrative systems and improve data access for informed decision-making. Drive change with your ideas and create a healthier future together.

Solidify Roche’s role as a strategic partner by building value-creation relationships, supporting new contracting models (e.g., value-based contracting), and engaging with regional health authorities and procurement bodies (Helse regions and Sykehusinnkjøp).

Develop, prioritize, and coordinate, cross disciplines, complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful implementation and change management.

Who you are

We are looking for a strategic, collaborative, and results-oriented professional eager to tackle the most pressing challenges facing the Norwegian healthcare system. You possess a blend of strategic, analytic, and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively engage with C-suite leaders and manage multi-stakeholder projects.

Minimum qualifications:

University Degree (Healthcare, Science, Commercial, Technical, or Economics) or equivalent. Trained in specific disciplines relevant to Strategic Healthcare Consultancy.

5–7 years leading or contributing to projects in a strategic healthcare consulting capacity.

Extensive knowledge of the Norwegian Healthcare system, including compliance regulations, Business Development, and Commercial knowledge.

Proven analytical and strong problem-solving skills (Lean education or equivalent), project management, and change management capabilities. Access opportunities for learning and development, to set yourself up for success.
