Strategic Analyst – Transportation Procurement & Project Support
Our client, a leading national retailer, is seeking a Transportation Procurement and Project Support Analyst to join their team. As a Transportation Procurement and Project Support Analyst, you will be part of the Procurement Department, supporting both procurement and transportation operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration skills, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Transportation Procurement and Project Support Analyst **Location:** Hybrid – Charlotte, NC area (2 days onsite) **Type:** w2 contract (not open to C2C) **What’s the Job?** • Support procurement initiatives using Coupa and JAGGAER platforms • Manage and analyze transportation bid events (including carrier submissions and lane coverage) • Apply business rules to optimize cost scenarios and ensure compliance with bid constraints • Collaborate with procurement and operations teams throughout the bidding process • Assist with exporting, reviewing, and refining bid data and rule applications **What’s Needed?** • Experience in the transportation or logistics industry • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables • Familiarity with procurement tools (Coupa, JAGGAER) or similar platforms • Ability to manage and interpret complex data sets for strategic decision-making • Excellent communication and teamwork skills If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
