What You’ll Do

As a Strategic Account Manager for Collectibles, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of our most important sellers in the category. You’ll be a trusted business advisor and thought partner, crafting growth strategies, launching high-impact marketing plans, and delivering differentiated customer experiences. You’ll Make an Impact By:

Managing Strategic Collectibles Accounts: Serve as a key partner to top sellers in trading cards, comics, toys, vinyl, comics and memorabilia. Drive category growth through strategic planning, assortment expansion, inventory optimization, and seller enablement.Driving Business Performance: Lead performance reviews, GMV forecasting, and P&L tracking. Analyze category trends and seller data to inform action plans that maximize profitability and customer engagement.Developing Marketing & Merchandising Plans: Curate seller-driven marketing strategies including promotions, site placements, exclusive drops, and event-based campaigns that resonate with collectors.Shaping the Customer Experience: Optimize PDP content, pricing, logistics, and search visibility to elevate the discoverability and authenticity of collectibles on the platform.Advising with Authority: Build trust with sellers through consistent communication, thoughtful insights, and a deep understanding of collectibles markets. Be a connector between sellers and internal teams to resolve friction points and surface opportunities.Championing Seller Growth Tools: Educate sellers on available Marketplace services, tools, and programs that help scale their business and stay ahead of evolving customer trends.Working Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product, Marketing, Category, Site Operations, and Compliance to deliver exceptional outcomes for sellers and shoppers alike.

Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, or strategic account management.3+ years of experience working with sellers, vendors, or supplier relationships.Demonstrated passion for or professional experience in the collectibles space—such as sports cards, TCGs, comics, vinyl toys, or pop culture merchandise.Experience with merchandising, digital marketing, or category management.Strong data literacy and proficiency with Excel and business intelligence tools.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with autonomy and a bias for action.Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in strategic account management, merchandising, or category leadership.Familiarity with collectible communities, buyer behavior, grading standards, and authenticity concerns.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to develop scalable solutions for niche seller ecosystems.Strong negotiation skills and the ability to drive win-win outcomes.Digital literacy with experience using CRM, pricing tools, and product optimization platforms.Previous experience launching exclusive or limited-release product campaigns a plus.
