Our client, a tech retailer at Westfield Valley Fair in Santa Clara is seeking a **Store Manager** to join their team. As a Store Manager, you will be part of the Sales and Management Team supporting Sales Team and Customers. The ideal candidate will have Retail Sales experience (2 years min. - retail management preferred), great customer service skills and proven ability to sell, upsell and create a positive customer experience, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location: Santa Clara, California**
**Pay Rate: $60K - $75K D.O.E.**
**What’s the Job?**
+ Responsible for overall store performance and KPI's
+ Passionate about providing the best customer experience to purchasing and non-purchasing customers
+ Willing and capable of leading opening / closing duties and executing daily store operations in a timely and efficient manner
+ Clearly communicating new initiatives and goals in a timely and effective manner, leading by example, encouraging the team to share ideas and opinions fostering accountability and trust
+ Managing store inventory with a high level of detail and organization per SOPs.
**What’s Needed?**
+ Minimum of 2 years in retail leadership position
+ College degree preferred
+ Flexible to the needs of the business, working nights, weekends and holidays shifts, full-time hours.
+ Advanced knowledge of POS, basic computer skills, walkies and ability to understand and read shipment reports, price sheets and product release sheets, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
+ Speak fluently in English, bilingual in Chinese or Spanish is a big plus.
