In short, GCR operates anywhere mining equipment is operated.The Store Manager is responsible for managing every aspect of the store operations to include sales (products and pricing), service, safety, compliance, personnel (selecting, coaching, and developing), inventory, accounts receivable, warehousing and customer relations. Additionally, the Store Manager is responsible for managing and obtaining the budget for sales, gross profit, expenses, and profit.Pay Range: $97,300.00 - $165,400.00Commission EligibleResponsibilitiesManage team to provide excellent service to existing accounts and development of new business (Drive Sales and Results).Responsible for the overall direction, motivation, coordinator and evaluation of the store.Manage and Improve store operating controls (Creating results for the Teammates, Customers, and the Company).Responsible for accurate record keeping and relevant financial information, to include payroll, budgets, customer key point indicators, and store goals.Manage, schedule, and assign teammate tasks according to their skill level.Follow-up with customers, oversee opportunities, problem solve, create value (to include communicating the value to the customer), and resolve any concerns.Ensure proper selection, development and placement of employees to maximize teammate performance.Ensure teammates participate in training, follow safety procedures, job duties and company policies.Understand proper tire sourcing and competitors in respective market area.Attend paid training to stay up-to-date with new developments in the automotive service industry.Build Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty (Customer Service)Minimum Qualifications3 years successful commercial tire experience and demonstrate high management skillsStrong communication, customer service attitude and selling skillsMust have a valid driver’s license and maintain a satisfactory driving record4-year degree preferredWhat we offer
