Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a Stockroom Clerk to join their team. As a Stockroom Clerk, you will be part of the inventory management team supporting efficient material control and stockroom functions.
**Job Title:** Stockroom Clerk
**Location:** Peabody, MA (Facility is relocating to Salem, NH within 6 months)
**Pay Range:** $20-$22/hr based on experience
**Schedule: Flexible Start Time (6AM-7AM)**
**Mon–Thu:** 9 hours/day
**One Friday:** 8 hours
**Alternate Friday:** Off
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform cycle counts and support kitting operations to ensure production readiness.
+ Efficiently store incoming materials and fulfill internal material requisitions.
+ Conduct physical inventory counts of raw materials, WIP (Work in Progress), and finished goods.
+ Use inventory management systems (ERP, barcode scanners) to track and update stock levels.
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom environment
**What's Needed?**
+ 2+ years of experience in inventory control within a manufacturing setting preferred.
+ Proficiency with inventory software and cools (ERP systems, barcode scanners)
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
+ Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
+ Comfortable working independently or as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
