**Job Title: Kitter/Warehouse Specialist** **Pay: $22/hr** Hours: 6am to 3:30pm M-F Location: South Chandler, AZ Must have: Material Handling, RF Scanner Use, Inventory, and Kitting **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Specialist capable of performing various warehouse duties in a super clean, climate-controlled environment. This role requires individuals committed to long-term growth and development within the company. **Responsibilities:** An overview of your responsibilities: • Material Movement: Transport raw materials, parts, and finished products throughout the facility to desig-nated areas, including the production floor, warehouse, and shipping areas. • Production Support: Supply production lines with materials needed to meet manufacturing schedules and ensure uninterrupted production. • Inventory Control: Assist with maintaining accurate inventory records by performing cycle counts and re-porting discrepancies to the supervisor. • Storage Organization: Properly label and store materials in assigned locations, optimizing space and en-suring easy accessibility. • Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment, adhering to all safety guidelines. • Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety procedures and OSHA regulations. Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to the supervisor immediately. + • Continuous Improvement: Participate in efforts to improve material handling processes, increase effi-ciency, and reduce waste. **Essential Skills** Material Handler: a warehouse associate responsible for the efficient movement, storage, and tracking of materials within a facility, including loading and unloading shipments, organizing inventory, and ensuring materials are delivered to the correct locations in a timely manner RF Scanner: Experience using and RF scanner to track materials coming in and out of inventory or where items are being stored in a warehouse + Inventory: Ability to document and track where you are storing material and what you are storing.
