Stock Plan Analyst
Job Title: Stock Plan AnalystJob Description

We are seeking a Stock Plan Analyst to join our Global Equity team based in Austin, TX. In this role, you will provide essential support to our equity administration function, managing the day-to-day activities of our global equity programs. You will ensure the accuracy and integrity of all equity data in our record tracking systems and collaborate closely with employees and various functional groups.

ResponsibilitiesAssist with the day-to-day administration of the company’s global equity plans (RSU/NQ’s/PSUs).Provide support for the Company’s Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP).Support the internal HR team in addressing employee inquiries.Collaborate with key internal stakeholders in Finance, Payroll, Legal, HR, and HR Technology teams.Interact with the legal team for SEC-related matters and filings for equity plans.Support internal and external audits that impact equity programs.Contribute to the completion of country-specific regulatory requirements.Analyze employee inquiries and feedback to enhance chatbot content.Participate in creating program procedure documentation.Essential Skills2+ years of experience in equity compensation plan administration in a public company.Advanced skills in Excel and HR systems, preferably Workday.Strong organization, planning, and project management skills.Strong critical thinking skills and discipline to deliver complete and accurate results.Experience working with equity platforms such as Merrill Lynch, Schwab, or Fidelity.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred.Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification is a plus.Strong organization and problem-solving skills with the ability to track multiple tasks.Customer-service oriented with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to multi-task and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Ability to identify and implement process improvements.Work Environment

This is a hybrid role with office presence required on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The work environment encourages collaboration and offers the potential for both extension and conversion.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $35.50/hr.
