Temp-to-Hire position$17.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:30am to 05:00pm)Perform stick welding on metal parts according to specifications and safety standardsRead basic blueprints or work orders to complete welds accuratelyInspect finished welds for quality and make repairs as neededOperate welding equipment and basic shop tools safelyMaintain a clean and organized work areaStick Welders Qualifications:
Previous stick welding experience required (certification preferred but not required)Ability to read basic blueprints or work instructionsMust pass a weld test and pre-employment screening (background/drug screen if applicable)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsHigh school diploma or GED preferredApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed. You will be required to complete and submit a questionnaire. We will consider your age at the time of the offense, when the offense occurred, the seriousness and the nature of the offense, as well as any rehabilitation to determine your employability.
