Job Title: FramerJob DescriptionWe are looking for rough farmers to join our crew! We are offering year-round, indoor work, 40 hours guaranteed each week with optional overtime each week. 

Responsibilities

•\tInterpret and execute construction plans and blueprints with accuracy.

•\tMeasure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials as required.

•\tAssemble and install structural frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes.

•\tCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth project coordination.

•\tFollow all safety protocols and site regulations.

•\tMaintain tools and equipment in optimal working condition.

•\tIdentify and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule.

•\tLead, coach, and coordinate crews in production processes and activities.

•\tAssign tasks based on material availability and worker skill sets.

•\tEvaluate projects for compliance with technical specifications.

•\tInspect tools and equipment to ensure proper safety standards are met.

•\tProvide regular updates to the plant manager on attendance, performance, and production KPIs.

Essential Skills

•\t5+ years of skilled carpentry work on commercial and residential new builds.

•\tExperience in prefab and stick framing.

•\tAbility to read blueprints 

•\tExperience leading a crew as a site Lead or Foreman.

Work Environment

This is an on-site carpentry opportunity with no site-to-site work. The work schedule is Monday to Thursday, 4PM-230AM, with an optional shift on Friday. The facility is a state-of-the-art 180,000 square foot space equipped with AC/heat and new machinery, focusing on multi-family living, and hospitality developments.
