Full consideration will be given to applications received by 02/05/2026 Posting Details Position Details Posting Number N01186 Classification Title Manager 170 Working Title Stewardship Manager Employee Group Manager Bargaining Unit Management Location Main Campus Department University Advancement Pay Rate Salary Range $58,598 - $71,782 (Commensurate with experience) Employment Type Regular FT Work Schedule 8:00am – 4:30pm (Monday – Friday) Additional time (nights and weekends) may be required Position Summary Information Position Summary · Creates and manages the annual stewardship development plan · Works with the Senior Director of Annual Giving and Alumni Relations and the Senior Director of Development to create and maintain stewardship strategies within the annual development plan and 5-year alumni engagement plan · Manages the Fund Owner process whereby fund owners for all endowed and non-endowed funds are quarterly updated and advised as to how to capture how funds disbursed are allocated and invested to ensure philanthropic funds are invested and invested based on the criteria of the gift agreement. Works closely with the Foundation on disbursement, and with Financial Aid and Academic Departments on allocation and reporting. · Manages the annual scholarship report process. Process ensures that donors and provided with accurate return on investment information that compels additional engagement and support. Works with colleagues across campus to ensure approximately 500+ reports are annually sent and followed up on.
