About the location:

Located on the coastline of Kalo Livadi Bay, Four Seasons Resort Mykonos, will offer 94 spacious rooms, villas, and suites with exquisite views of the Aegean Sea. The brand-new build will take shape on an unspoiled 60,000 square meters of land, spanning from the sandy beaches to the picturesque coastal cliffs. To honor the culture and heritage of the destination, the Resort will be built in the Cycladic style that is synonymous with Mykonos, featuring white cubic architecture with bright spots of blue. The hotel will redefine luxury hospitality on the island. The Resort will offer an exciting variety of restaurants and bars, such as an al-fresco pool-side Italian venue, an authentic Mykonian Kafeneio, a contemporary steak house, and a vibrant beach club. In year 2, this will be supplemented with a Marina.

About the role

the Steward Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the Stewarding Department, ensuring that all dishwashing, cleaning and sanitation tasks are carried out efficiently and in full compliance with Four Seasons standards.  

What you will do

Supervise the stewarding team during daily operations, ensuring all dishwashing, cleaning and sanitation duties are completed accurately and on time. Maintain exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards in all back-of-house areas, including kitchens, storage rooms, garbage rooms and stewarding workstations. Ensure proper operation, cleaning and maintenance of dishwashers and stewarding equipment, promptly reporting malfunctions directly to the Chief Steward. Monitor inventory levels of chemicals, cleaning tools and stewarding supplies; manage requisitions and ensure safe storage. Train and guide stewards on cleaning procedures, equipment handling, chemical safety and Four Seasons standards. 

What you bring

Previous experience in Stewarding or Kitchen Operations, ideally within luxury hotels or high-volume dining environments; prior supervisory experience is a strong asset. Solid understanding of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, chemical handling and safe equipment operation. Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate a team in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative, hands-on approach, with the ability to motivate and guide the stewarding team while maintaining a positive and respectful work atmosphere. Fluent English. Greek is a strong plus
