As a Steward, you’ll play one of the most important roles in supporting our full-service restaurant, serving as the go to person for all food, beverage, and supplies. Our Stewards are essential to back of house operations, taking pride and ownership to ensure the right products are always on hand so our teams can focus on what they do best, creating great food and memorable guest experiences. What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary support for all food, beverage, and supply needsPlace orders while maintaining accurate documentation and inventory logsReceive and inspect deliveries, verifying order accuracy, weights, and measurements while ensuring items meet quality standardsStock, zone, and organize inventory in designated areas, including dry storage, coolers, and freezersRotate inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) practicesMaintain organized storage systems that support kitchen efficiency and accessibilityAdhere to food safety and sanitation standardsWork with speed and a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environmentFollow instructions accurately, completing assigned tasks with consistency and attention to detailCommunicate clearly and professionally, fostering positive vendor relationsDemonstrate leadership through accountability, problem solving, and upholding standardsMultitask and work well under pressure with a positive, patient attitude
Your Background
Previous restaurant, kitchen, or food service industry experience preferredExperience with inventory, ordering, receiving, or supply management, a plusStrong communication and teamwork skillsKnowledge of sanitation and safety standardsAbility to maintain accuracy with attention to detailReliable, punctual, and organized team playerDependable, adaptable, and dedicated with a strong work ethicPassion for hospitality and contributing to a positive workplace cultureAbility to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, continuously bend, reach and twistMust be at least 18 years old
