Under the direction of the Stewarding Manager, the incumbent cleans dishes, pots and pans, kitchen areas and utensils.

Medical, Time Off and Retirement benefits offered through Local Union RepresentationFree Meals, Free Uniforms, Free ParkingDiscounts at Hard Rock properties around the globeAll team members are eligible to participate in the discretionary annual bonus programTraining and Leadership development programsWellness programs including onsite information and fitness seminarsTeam Member Resource GroupsRecognition programsPay rate $22.00 am hour Responsibilities Washing, scrubbing or polishing utensils such as pots, pans, trays, silverware and plates.Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors and disposing of garbage.Loads and unload dish machines.Keep dish room organizedWash wares in 3 bay sink.Cleans and sanitizes kitchen walls, coolers and freezers (both walk-in and reach-in), and ceilings (including air vents and light fixtures).Cleans and scrubs the dock and trash areas.Cleans and sanitizes kitchen floors and drains in all food and beverage service areas.Keep areas stocked including paper towels and soap.Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times.Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.Maintains kitchen area, equipment, and environment to a high caliber of cleanliness and upkeep defined by the deep cleaning scope.Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Related experience preferred.Knowledge of basic kitchen sanitary guidelines and basic dish machine operations preferred.Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds.
