If you're ready to move beyond "just processing" and instead lead, innovate, and contribute to world-class surgical care, we encourage you to connect with us. **Job Requirements** + High School / General Studies (GED) required. + Minimum three (3) years technical operating/instrument room experience required. + Prior supervisory experience required + AHA Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) required + Fire Safety, within 90 Days of start date required. + Certified and Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) required. + Certified Sterile Processing and Dist Tech (CSPDT) required. + Cert Sterile Processing Dist Tech (CSPDT -CBSPD) required. Preferred + College Degree in a related field preferred. + Accredited Central Service/Sterile Processing Program and/or Surgical Technology Program preferred. + Hospital acute care preferred. + Certified Instrument Specialist (CIS) preferred. + Certified Flexible Endoscope Reprocessor (CFER) within 6 months preferred. **Where You'll Work** Founded in 1955, Dignity Health – Northridge Hospital Medical Center is a 394-bed, acute care, nonprofit community hospital located in Northridge, California.
