Sterile Process Technician
**Sterile Processing Tech** **Shift:** 6am – 2:45pm **Pay:** $24/hr **About the Role** We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Sterile Processing Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning, sterilizing, inspecting, and packaging a variety of medical products in a controlled manufacturing environment. You will work closely with team members, area leads, and supervisors to meet quality and productivity goals while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. **Key Responsibilities** + Clean, sterilize, inspect, and package medical products according to standard work instructions. + Operate and set up production equipment and fixtures as needed. + Perform line clearance, changeovers, and preparation work. + Inspect and repair your own work and assist with others’ work when necessary. + Complete manufacturing documentation accurately and report quality issues. + Maintain inventory accuracy and report material shortages. + Follow all corporate, regulatory, safety, and production policies. + Maintain excellent attendance and perform other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent required. + Ability to read and comprehend instructions, write simple correspondence, and communicate effectively in English. + Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and ability to calculate averages and percentages. + Strong reasoning skills and ability to follow standardized processes. + Computer proficiency, including familiarity with Agile/SAP systems. + Ability to work varying shifts and in a cleanroom environment (including wearing gowns, caps, and booties). **Preferred Skills** + Experience in sterile processing or medical device manufacturing. + Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
