**Job Title: Steam Plant Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Steam Plant Operator to oversee steam distribution, HVAC, and building mechanical systems. **Responsibilities** + Operate and maintain steam equipment and HVAC systems. + Ensure efficient and safe steam distribution across facilities. + Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on building mechanical systems. + Monitor wastewater and boiler operations to ensure compliance with safety standards. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of experience in HVAC and steam systems. + Proficiency in boiler operation and maintenance. + Valid driver's license. + Experience with HVAC engineering and steam equipment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Boilers license. + Completion of an approved, accredited apprenticeship (4-year program) in HVAC, along with at least 3 years of journey-person level on-the-job experience. + Graduation from a trade-specific vocational school (2-year program) in HVAC, with 5 years of journey-person level on-the-job experience. + Completion of a trade-specific military school or corporate training program, with 5 years of journey-person level on-the-job experience. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team that values expertise and offers opportunities for professional growth.
