Equitable is looking for a Statutory and Finance Strategy Analytics Lead. The Statutory Balance Sheet Analytics Team serves as a key leader within in the Treasury Department, responsible for capital and free cashflow projections, analysis and attribution, and the support of strategic initiatives that affect capital. We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented talent to join our team to report into the Head of Capital Forecasting. In this role, you will lead key capital forecasting initiatives, support strategic balance sheet management, and help ensure the company maintains a strong, efficient, and sustainable capital position. You will collaborate closely with Actuarial, Accounting, Investments and Business areas.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the development, maintenance and enhancement of the company’s capital and free cash flow projection.
Partner with key stakeholders to analyze the capital impacts of initiatives/transactions (MA, reinsurance, structured asset etc.).
Prepare short- and long-term capital projections to support planning cycles and strategic initiatives.
Support asset-liability management activities, including developing and monitoring key balance sheet metrics and liquidity needs.
Produce clear, well-structured presentations and reports for senior management, risk committees and regulators.
Support communication with external parties such as regulators, rating agencies and distribution partners.
Stay informed on evolving regulatory capital requirements and market best practices.
Hybrid - This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with an on–site presence of 2–3 days per week combining flexibility with team collaboration.
The base salary range for this position is$110,000 - $170,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

What You Will Bring
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
5 years of experience in life insurance, capital management, actuarial modeling, ALM or risk management.
Knowledge in US statutory accounting, reserving and regulations.
Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
ASA or FSA designation.
Actuarial modelling (GGY-AXIS preferred) and valuation experience.
Experience in ALM analysis and financial projection.
Knowledge of investment accounting and financial assets.
Understanding of solvency regimes outside of the US, specifically Bermuda.
