Join a unique management/advisory consulting project for mission-critical support.
• Team: Diverse team including ERP system analysts, reports analysts, and accountants in a collaborative environment.
• Future Duties:
o Calculate and develop accurate grants accrual rates.
o Design and analyze surveys, calculate accrual rates for UDO balances, perform statistical modeling
o Present accrual and statistical processes used for the calculation to auditors and support our client in justifications.

Skills and Requirements
o Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Statistical Data Science or Statistics)
o 8-10+ years advanced data analysis experience (preferably federal financial datasets)
o Proficiency in Excel (advanced), SQL, Power BI, or other relevant data analysis tools
o Probability theory, statistical inference, grants management, accrual rate calculations
o Apply statistical methods to analyze data and develop predictive models
o Survey design and analysis skills
o Strong critical thinking and communication skills
o Experience preparing audit-ready documentation
o Ability to learn and apply new analytical and financial knowledge
50-80/H
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
