Job Description
As a Stationary Engineer, you will perform building operational duties in accordance with TSSA regulations for a guarded power plant. You will make environmental systems adjustments to maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) specifications and manufacturing requirements. The role involves maintaining boilers, compressors, HVAC, dust collectors, and auxiliary equipment while troubleshooting day-to-day systems related to environmental temperature, humidity, and differential pressure issues.
ResponsibilitiesRepair, rebuild, and install new auxiliary equipment.Perform general maintenance on facilities-related equipment as per the CMMS maintenance program.Maintain, troubleshoot, and log daily operations of the Purified Water System.Conduct daily boiler water testing as required under TSSA regulations.Coordinate with Group Leaders and Production Supervisors to schedule equipment downtime for maintenance within Preventative Maintenance program timeframes.Maintain accurate records according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.Participate in operational meetings, including Rapids, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS).Coordinate with outside contractors for maintenance and repairs.Ensure a safe working environment and report potential hazards.Perform alternating or rotating shift work and work during maintenance shutdowns.Essential SkillsStationary Engineer: 4th class licenseBoiler and chiller experienceExperience with air compressors and HVAC systemsGood Manufacturing Practices (GMP) knowledgeTroubleshooting skillsAdditional Skills & QualificationsMinimum 4 years of previous maintenance experience in a controlled and regulated environment.Ability to read drawings and schematics.Teamwork and independent work capabilities.Maximo CMMS program experience is desirable.Electronics and pneumatics knowledge is desirable.Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.Ability to confidently interact with inside and outside clients.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The role requires alternating day and afternoon shifts every two weeks, with day shifts running from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and afternoon shifts from 3:30 PM to 11:00 PM. Employees work 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
