Who we are looking for:
The Client Impact Thought Leadership team is looking for undergraduate students who are looking for experience in conducting research and creating thought leadership contents in global macro and sustainability topics. During the course of the 10-week program, ability to conduct robust empirical analysis on macroeconomics, financial, and sustainability data, having excellent writing skills and ability to summarize complex concepts and information will be important. What you will be responsible for:
Work with team members in researching issues in global macro and sustainability space.
Perform literature survey in an effective manner and create short summaries for reviews
Coordinate data analysis with diverse global teams
Write drafts of blogs and working papers on topics of critical global macro relevance
Present thought-leadership work in internal meetings
Engage with content teams and help create content for publication in different media avenue
Engage in brain-storming of new ideas in macro and sustainability space
Help organize internal research seminars
What we value:
Superb quantitative skills and data analytics
Strong communication and writing skills
Ability to summarize complex requirements and information and distill that into digestible key points
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to execute independently and also maintain strong team orientation
Ability to deliver against specific requirement in a timely fashion
Interest in global macro and sustainability issues
Demonstrated computer proficiency, including advanced knowledge of MS Excel, and statistical software such as R well as problem solving and analytical skills
Education & Preferred Qualifications:
Enrollment in undergraduate program in Economics, Finance, or Environmental Engineering.
Certifications: Candidates pursuing FRM (Financial Risk Manager by GARP) / CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) / CISI (Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment) are preferred.
Salary Range:
$41,600 - $65,000 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
