CBRE’s Building consultancy division provides end-to-end expert building surveying services for owners and investors across all sectors of the property industry.
**The Opportunity**
+ Operate, Lead and Inspire: Operate, supervise and mentor one of Australia’s largest teams of building surveyors working across TDD, acquisition reports, make good, and Capex/Maintenance forecasting from a consultancy perspective across all asset classes.
+ Drive Growth: Responsible for the P&L, support business development initiatives for new and existing clients, contribute to revenue growth, and identify fresh opportunities for expansion
+ Remuneration: Be well rewarded for your successful efforts with performance aligned incentives
+ Champion Excellence: Conduct performance reviews and drive succession planning to build a strong, future-ready team
+ National Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the broader national team (regional and interstate travel involved) servicing Australia’s best client pool
