Michael’s Transportation Service, an employee-owned (ESOP), award-winning organization—is seeking a State-Certified School Bus Driver Instructor to lead, train, and develop safe, compliant, and professional drivers across our operations. This is more than a position—it’s a mission-critical leadership role that directly impacts student safety and workforce development. • Deliver state-mandated classroom and behind-the-wheel training • Certify and develop new school bus drivers in compliance with CDE, CHP, and DMV regulations • Lead in-service and renewal training programs • Support and oversee delegated behind-the-wheel trainers • Ensure full regulatory compliance and documentation accuracy • Serve as a safety leader and culture carrier within our organization
