Job Description
This role involves performing start-up and commissioning services for medium to large-sized complex heating and cooling systems and associated control systems.
ResponsibilitiesPerform start-up and commissioning services for heating and cooling systems.Troubleshoot and install HVAC systems.Ensure systems operate efficiently and meet client specifications.Work independently to complete tasks.Maintain a clean driving record to be eligible for the company vehicle.Essential Skills3+ years of experience in the HVAC trade.Knowledge of construction, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.Troubleshooting and installation skills.Ability to work independently.Additional Skills & QualificationsJM or Master's License is preferred.Clean driving record.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 5 pm, with rare weekend work. Projects are based within 60 miles of the RVA area.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
