**Job Title: Stand Up Forklift Operator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Stand Up Forklift Operator to efficiently drive a Combilift and prepare steel beams and flats for the second shift to load onto trucks. The role involves navigating aisles throughout the day to gather orders and place them in staging areas.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate a Combilift forklift efficiently and safely.
+ Prepare steel beams and flats for loading onto trucks.
+ Navigate warehouse aisles to collect orders.
+ Place collected orders in designated staging areas.
+ Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
**Essential Skills**
+ Prior experience operating forklifts, specifically Combilift, Hubtex, Raymond models.
+ Experience in a Steel Yard or Lumber Yard is beneficial.
+ Proficiency in material handling and picking.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Standup Forklift certification.
+ Experience in warehouse operations.
+ Ability to pull and organize orders efficiently.

**Work Environment**
The position is based in a non-climate controlled warehouse, requiring the use of steel toe boots and ear protection. You will be part of a team of 30 working Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 3pm.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, Tennessee.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
