Job Responsibilities:

Responsibility：

Automotive stamping process analysis, product and stamping die cost assessment.Support sales to make quotation for new business, participate technical review with customer.Be responsible for in-house process development, layout, process flow and tooling planning.  Be responsible for auditing tooling supplier stamping process and die structure design, timing follow up and die tryout, sample delivery, buy-off, till to handover to press shop.Support daily production to resolve stamping quality related issues.Create and maintain open issues for stamping process related, work with team to follow up and resolve issues.Work out related process documents. (e.g., Flow Chart/PFMEA/Control Plan).

Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree or above, major in machine design manufacture and automation or equivalent.Min. 3 years working experience in stamping die related: stamping process analysis/ stamping die design/stamping die project development.Be familiar with GD&T. Be familiar with stamping process and the solution of common defects. Be familiar with UG/Catia and Auto-form.Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:
