Stainless TIG Welder – Oviedo, FL

Pay: $20–$25 per hour (based on weld test)

Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM – 3:30/4:00 PM

Schedule: 4‑day workweek

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Stainless TIG Welder for a stable, long‑term position with a well‑established manufacturing company. This role is ideal for welders who take pride in producing high‑quality work and want to join a team that values craftsmanship and continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for performing precision TIG welding on stainless‑steel sheet metal (14–12 gauge) and stainless piping ranging from 2 3/8\" down to 3/8\" diameter using gas‑purge techniques. The position involves reading blueprints, setting up components, following work instructions, and ensuring all welds meet tight tolerance requirements.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oviedo, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
