Job Description
The successful candidate will begin their role by staining wood, which includes locating wood from the staging area, bringing it back to their workstation, and applying stain based on a sample book until the desired color is achieved. The candidate will work on various wood pieces such as quarter round, t-molding, reducers, and stair noses, each weighing no more than 10 lbs. Responsibilities include blending stain using provided tints and a clear base and applying it by hand to raw wood or composite material using staining napkins. After mastering hand staining, there is the potential to be trained in the spray booth.

Work Environment
Join a family-owned company that provides a friendly and supportive atmosphere. The workplace is clean, busy, safe, well-lit, and climate-controlled, with a slight paint smell on the production floor. Employees dress up for Halloween and enjoy company BBQs. Safety gear such as safety glasses, latex gloves, and closed-toed flat shoes are required. Work shifts are either 6 am - 2 pm or 7 am - 3 pm, with employees working at an 8-foot workbench handling materials weighing no more than 10 pounds.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
