Otis Elevator Company est à la recherche d’une personne récemment diplômée et très motivée afin de pourvoir un poste de stagiaire aux ventes. À ce titre, vous aurez l’occasion de développer vos compétences en vente et en développement des affaires, tout en découvrant les différents produits, services et divisions d’Otis.

Responsabilités

Au cours de ce programme de formation d'une durée de 5 à 7 mois, vous aurez l'occasion de travailler avec notre équipe de direction commerciale, d'explorer et de découvrir des divisions clés telles que le service, la modernisation et le développement commercial. Ce programme vous permettra d’acquérir une expérience concrète en accompagnant des techniciens, en participant à des rencontres clients et en perfectionnant vos compétences en vente dans un environnement d’apprentissage unique. Au terme du programme, vous présenterez à la direction une recommandation visant à améliorer l’excellence du service et des ventes et vous ferez la transition vers un poste officiel de représentant des ventes ou de gestionnaire de comptes au sein d’Otis.

Posséder de l’expérience en vente/service à la clientèle.Être apte à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et fortement axé sur le travail d'équipeFaire preuve de solides compétences en communication écrite et verbale en Anglaise et Français pour développer efficacement les attentes et les relations avec les clients internes et externes.Faire preuve de motivation et être capable de gérer plusieurs responsabilités et projets simultanés.Être très à l'aise dans un environnement technique utilisant les logiciels informatiques de Microsoft.Avoir un talent marqué pour la négociation et les ventes, être axé sur les résultats et posséder d’excellentes aptitudes pour la gestion du temps et l’organisation.

Otis Elevator Company is searching for a recent graduate to develop their sales and business development skills while learning about the different products, services and divisions within Otis as a highly motivated Sales Trainee.

Essential Responsibilities

During this 5–7-month training program, you will have the opportunity to work our Sales Leadership Team, exploring and learning key departments including Service, Modernization, and Business Development. You will get first-hand experiences shadowing mechanics, engaging in customer meetings, and developing your sales skills in this unique program. At the end of the program, you will present an area of opportunity to provide customer & sales excellence to leadership and transition to an official Sales or Account Manager role within Otis.
