Spherion is hiring a Staffing Manager 360 Desk to own and grow a full-cycle staffing desk. This role combines new client business development, recruiting, and account management, with compensation directly tied to performance and gross margin results.

Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and secure new client relationships
Cold call, qualify opportunities, and obtain job orders
Build a sustainable book of business aligned with margin standards

Recruiting & Delivery:
Source, screen, and place candidates for open roles
Manage interviews, offers, onboarding, and starts
Maintain candidate pipelines and redeploy talent
Support retention and resolve client or associate issues

Desk Ownership:
Manage both sales and delivery outcomes
Track activity and performance in CRM/ATS systems
Be accountable for gross margin, fills, and client satisfaction

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Experience in staffing, recruiting, sales, or a high-volume outbound role preferred
Comfortable with cold calling and business development
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Coachable, competitive, and performance-driven
