**Job Summary** + Ensure continuous availability and reliability of factory systems (MES, Automation, SPC, etc.) to support 24/7 manufacturing operations. + Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system-related issues impacting production lines and factory users. + Develop strong knowledge of MES architecture, workflows, and integration with other manufacturing systems (automation, ERP, warehouse systems and etc). + Act as the primary escalation point for system outages or performance degradation, coordinate resolution with internal teams and external vendors. + Collaborate with global development teams on project initiation, testing, and implementation. + Work closely with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and engineering teams to implement system upgrades, patches, and improvements. + Monitor system performance, identify optimization opportunities, and mitigate risks proactively. + Maintain accurate documentation for system configurations, support procedures, and incident reports. + Lead or participate in incident response and root cause analysis for major system events. + Provide recommendations to improve manufacturing quality, delivery, and cost efficiency. + Support user training and onboarding for factory systems and tools. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. + Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a high-availability manufacturing environment. + Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, including participation in on-call support rotations. + Strong technical expertise in MES and related manufacturing systems. + Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. + Collaboration and teamwork across multiple teams and global sites + Knowledge in SQL, PowerBI, Tableau **onsemi** (Nasdaq: ON) is driving disruptive innovations to help build a better future.
