Job overview and responsibilities
The Staff Representative – Workers’ Compensation Transitional Duty is responsible for conducting comprehensive vocational evaluations and making recommendations on employee placement in viable available positions in their respective areas. Responsible for directing, planning, coordinating and administering the records program for the Transitional Duty (TD) program under their direction. Responsible for supervising and managing limited department operations and managing the function through utilization review as required by company policies and/or programs. The TDS works with each division, department and individuals for placement in appropriate temporary positions. The major areas covered are planning, organizing, development, implementation, coordinating, training, and employee services for TD benefits, safety and health. Originates TD practices and objectives that will provide a balanced program throughout all divisions. This position directs effective and efficient delivery of services and benefits to trainees, clients, vendors, employees and staff. Oversees the coordination of designated vendor relationships, staff and administrative/operational areas. Coordinates implementation through Workers’ Compensation and Managed Care (WC&MC) staff.

The base pay range for this role is $66,500.00 to $86,616.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
