Job overview and responsibilities
Drive continuous improvement through automation, analytic, reporting and data visualization tools to improve efficiency and dependability of transaction management, including dashboards, alerting, user interface and workflow collaborationSupport team on ad-hoc and scheduled request related to analytics, and reporting, timely delivery of reports, analysis.Create Data visualization dashboards, and provide insights to team on any process improvement, gaps or assist in identifying root cause.Partner with stakeholders on data related issues and assist in driving improvements across supplier performance and supply chain.Manage Direct ship vendors, b2b/Aeroxchange, etc. and work with Digital technology team to support and improve supplier performance tools.Lead, Manage and maintain end to end process improvement projects to improve metrics related to repair management, supply chain, tech-ops and engineering. Support team in administering routine repairs orders for aircraft components in support of mainline aircraft maintenance, including repair order release and invoice payment by creating various automation and analytics tool.Create and maintain tools for continuously monitoring supplier performance with respect to contractual metrics including turn-time, quality and costMaintains current knowledge of applicable regulations and policies governing aircraft component repairsPerform computer transactions to release and manage repair orders at third-party facilitiesMonitor and assist in supplier adherence to contractual pricing through price quote and work scope management Support warranty and remedy claims for repair ordersThis position is offered on local terms and conditions. QualificationsWhat’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):Bachelor’s Degree2+ year experience in supplier management, operational management, or data analyticsAircraft maintenance practices and regulatory requirementsAdvanced MS Office, e.g. Excel, VBA, PowerpointSQL, Power BI/Data visualization tools, Foundry PalantirAdvanced data analysis and spreadsheet skillsBasic task-management skillsStrong communications skills (written and verbal)Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorshipMust be fluent in English (written and spoken)Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the positionWhat will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):Aviation-related bachelor’s or master’s degree FAA Airframe and Powerplant licenseAviation supplier management or supply chain analytics experience Practical experience managing aircraft component repairsAdvanced MS Office, e.g., VBASCEPTREModern programming language, e.g. Python, JavaPMP or CPSM or Six Sigma Basic knowledge of Procurement processes (RFx)
