Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a **Staff** **Project Management** to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our **E-2D** Business Unit.
**The position is based out of Melbourne, Florida, however the position will be fully remote with up to 30% Travel.**

**Essential Functions**
As a **Staff Project Manager** , you will support the Global Supply Chain Program Management (GSCPM) team and be responsible for managing **E-2D International NRE & Development and Capture Endeavors.** Assistance with Request for Estimates (RFE) & Request for Proposal (RFP) through Proposal submission to the customer. ROM and Capture Activities to include existing international customers and new endeavors. You will apply proven proposal planning and material execution strategies and processes to lead cross-functional teams within specific E-2D IPTs (Production, Development, and Capture) to develop successful, compliant, integrated, compelling, and on-time proposal submissions and executions.
The Staff Project Manager will report directly to the Senior GSC Program Manager, through the E-2D Global Supply Chain Team. The efforts you will lead include major long-term Development/NRE follow-on efforts, Support Equipment & Obsolescence follow-on and growth efforts, Major Change Requests and all other E-2D proposals contained within this scope. Candidates for this position will demonstrate a broad skill set that is balanced across leadership, collaboration, business analysis, communication, project management, GSC (Subcontracts and Material), change management, risk management, capture, and proposal-based capabilities.
The role will also establish and maintain various metrics, drive insights for leadership, and complete other operations & integrations project management duties as needed. Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
**Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To**
+ Ensure vertical and horizontal integration of Global Supply Chain Schedules through strategic planning and execution
+ Provide early visibility into purchase requisition requirements release constraints and material excess review
+ Integrate metrics requirements for the Requirements Planning Team
+ Communicate program schedule deviations and ensure all impacts are coordinated with internal/external customers prior to implementation and execution
+ Integrate with a team of individuals in a dynamic, fast-paced Program environment with responsibilities including rapid requirements execution, standard parts ordering, scrap/spare/replacement planning and serve as a GSC liaison to the Program Operations and GSC Execution IPTs
+ Manage the initiation, development, and completion of responsive Proposals to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and assist with the development of associated products, such as Requests for Information responses, capabilities statements, white papers, briefings, etc.
+ Lead collaborative proposal kick-offs with relevant program and functional stakeholders to ensure communication of proposal strategy, requirements and schedule
+ Lead rhythmic reviews of proposal portfolios and material reviews to maintain status and dates
+ Collaborate with business management in developing cost estimates related to proposal development and provide subsequent oversight and tracking of funds
+ Oversee compliance with proposal knowledge management processes; develop and maintain a centralized proposal library (solicitations, responses, debriefings) or other reusable knowledge database(s)
**Basic Qualifications**
+ Must have a Bachelor's Degree with 12 years, Master's Degree with 10 years, PhD with 8 years of experience. In lieu of degree can be considered with 16 years of experience.
+ Experience must be in the following Supply Chain (Major Subcontracts); Project Management, Sustainment, Proposals and/or Capture Efforts, Resource Planning, Program Management, Procurement, Business Management.
+ Experience onboarding new suppliers, establishing NDAs, and International licenses.
+ Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
+ Experience in SAP or related business software
+ **Must have ACTIVE DoD Secret Clearance** to apply & start
+ EV Certification (Northrop Grumman Course) required in reasonable amount of time deemed by business needs.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Subcontracts experience
+ Experience in Supplier Management and/or pricing and estimating
+ Experience with the E-2D Program – Production, Capture, and Development
+ Control Account Management (CAM) knowledge
Primary Level Salary Range: $128,500.00 - $192,700.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
