What is the opportunity?
We are seeking a versatile Power Platform Engineer to join our team and drive digital transformation through low-code/no-code solutions. This role requires a full-stack developer with a strong engineering mindset who can design, build, and deploy scalable business applications, automated workflows, and maintain enterprise-level platform infrastructure using Microsoft Power Platform.
What will you do?
Application Development
Design and develop custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven)Create automated workflows and business processes using Power AutomateBuild interactive dashboards and reports using Power BIDevelop chatbots and virtual agents using Power Virtual AgentsDevelop customer-facing solutions using Power PagesLead technical design and development of cross-functional, multi-platform application systemsTechnical Architecture
Architect end-to-end solutions that integrate multiple Power Platform componentsDesign data models and implement Dataverse solutionsEnsure applications follow best practices for performance, security, and scalabilityUnderstanding of GitHub based CI/CD concepts for low-code platformsIntegration & Data Management
Integrate Power Platform solutions with existing enterprise systemsDesign and implement complex API connections, custom connectors, and third-part integrationsAzure Networking and application ingress concepts like load balancing, application gateways, secure routing, etc.Manage data flows between multiple systems and platformsEnsure data governance and security complianceCollaboration & Innovation
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutionsProvide technical leadership and advanced mentorship to development teams and citizen developersStay current with Power Platform updates and emerging capabilitiesContribute to Center of Excellence (CoE) initiativesWhat do you need to succeed?
Must-have:
5+ years of full-stack development experience with modern web technologiesMicrosoft Power Platform certification (PL-200 or PL-400 minimum)Strong database skills: SQL, data modeling, and database design principlesStrong understanding of CI/CD principles, DevOps workflows, and system orchestrationAPI Integration: REST/SOAP services, authentication protocols, JSON/XMLCloud Platforms: Experience with Microsoft Azure or similar cloud servicesVersion Control: Git and modern DevOps practicesPower Platform Knowledge: Power Apps development (Canvas and Model-driven apps), Power Automate workflow design, Power BI report and dashboard creation, Dataverse data modeling, Power Platform administration and governanceProgramming Languages: JavaScript (essential for custom components and advanced functionality), Power Fx formula language (or strong Excel/formula background), C#/.NET (preferred for custom connectors and Azure Functions), HTML/CSS for UI customizationNice-to-have:
Additional Microsoft certifications (PL-100, AZ-900, or other relevant Azure/Microsoft 365 certifications)Experience with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, or Office 365Background in business process analysis and optimizationWhat's in it for you?
