As a Staff Power Electronics Engineer, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and optimization of power electronics systems for innovative energy conversion products. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of sustainable energy solutions while collaborating with a world-class team of engineers and researchers.

ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop power electronics systems for energy conversion products.Optimize power electronics systems to enhance efficiency and performance.Collaborate with engineering and research teams to innovate sustainable energy solutions.Manage the full product development lifecycle from concept to mass production.Ensure compliance with industry standards through prototyping, validation, and testing.Essential Skills10+ years of experience in power electronics design and development for mass production, preferably in energy sectors.Proven track record of designing and delivering high-performance power electronics systems.Strong understanding of semiconductor devices, magnetic components, and control theory.Proficiency in capture and PCB layout tools, particularly Altium Designer.Hands-on experience with prototyping, validation, and compliance testing (thermal, EMI/EMC, reliability).Additional Skills & QualificationsExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex electrical systems.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines and functions.Work Environment

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $200000.00 - $220000.00/yr.
