We are seeking a talented Staff Platform Engineer with a passion for data & AI technologies to join our cross-skilled team. What will you do?
Build big data, analytics, and machine learning solutions.Build AI context engineering solutions for agentic AI workloads.Implement scalable, secure, and reliable cloud solutions using platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and OpenShift Container Platform (OCP).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data and AI requirements, provide technical recommendations.Support the deployment and configuration of services, including compute, storage, networking, and security components.Participate in troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to cloud services.What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.Strong hands-on experience with big data, LLM, and agentic AI.Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as Python, Java.Familiarity with Azure, AWS, OCP.Creative and analytical thinker who is self-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written)Nice-to-have
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalentPrior experience with MCP servers, DevOps tools, Apache Airflow, Kubernetes, ElasticSearch.Prior experience with designing and building large scale data pipelines.Prior experience working in a major financial institution.
