Staff Implementation Engineer

Job Description
Full chip and block level constraint development, timing analysis & timing closureDevelop methodology and flows related to synthesis, timing verification, timing closure and quality checks.Work closely with various multi-functional teams to understand and resolve complex timing challenges at block level and chip level.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 6+ years of experienceStrong fundamentals in digital designSolid understanding of design timing concepts, constraint development and timing analysisHands on experience running STA tools (Tempus/PrimeTime)Hands on experience running Synthesis (Genus/DC)Hands on experience running LEC (Conformal/Formality)Familiarity with DFTProficient in scripting languages (TCL, Python, Perl)Strong debug and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate across all functional groupsSelf-starter, curious and highly motivated to learn and contribute to team success
Company Description

As a Staff Implementation Engineer focused on STA (Static Timing Analysis), you’ll create signoff-quality constraints, workflows, and methods to ensure our chips meet strict technology and performance standards. You’ll examine every part of the implementation process and collaborate with design and layout engineers to troubleshoot timing issues. Your role also involves developing and refining stronger methods to improve execution, achieve timing convergence, and enhance predictability.
