Staff Design Operations Specialist

**Overview**
The Staff Design Operations Specialist is a strategic partner to the Center of Money Design team, responsible for bridging the gap between design strategy, business objectives, and product technical execution for the Center of Money portfolio. Supporting a multidisciplinary team of 10–15 designers, this role partners with Design Leadership to oversee the end-to-end delivery of world-class customer experiences.
**Responsibilities**
Key responsibilities include collaborating with Technical Program Managers to align design output with critical product areas, driving high-level prioritization with cross-functional partners in Product Management and Development, and unlocking operational efficiencies across the Consumer Group and CK business units. As a member of the broader Design Operations team, the specialist will cultivate a thriving, inclusive creative culture through designer mentorship, process optimization, and the facilitation of an environment that empowers designers to deliver impactful, data-driven financial solutions for multiple platforms.

+ Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
+ Min 6-8+ years of production/project management/program management experience within Design
+ Deep experience working with creative/design teams, understanding how to integrate processes with creative minds and demonstrate influence with cross-functional partners.
+ Proven track record of delivery and execution of medium to large scale programs
+ Strong experience with Agile development and methodologies and related software and tools to keep organized
+ Ability to work at a higher altitude with a perspective of the entire suite of products or experiences with a platform mindset. The energy and drive to proactively identify opportunities for greater consistency in experience, terminology, etc. and spot overlaps or dependencies between projects in a particular domain.
+ Thorough understanding of the creative development processes and product development life cycle.
+ Ability to bring order to complex programs and is able to scope and prioritize projects, identify risks and dependencies, define schedules, and work independently
+ Confidently manages ambiguity with a track record of creative problem solving that demonstrates flexibility.
+ Helps drive roadmapping and planning conversations. Demonstrates ability to make informed, timely decisions based on accurate assessment of available information.

Bay Area California $ 177,500- 240,500
Southern California $ 165,500- 224,000
