Junior consulting position for those who are continuing to develop their expertise. Receives general instruction on routine work and detailed instruction on new projects or assignments.

Mandatory:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 1–4 years of experience with at least 1 year in software development, implementation, or support of core banking/digital banking applications. Proficiency in programming using Core Java, J2EE, Microservices, Spring Boot, JavaScript, XML. Exposure to Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database (12c or 18c versions). Experience with application deployment and troubleshooting on Oracle WebLogic or similar application servers. Working knowledge of release management and source control tools. Strong communication and documentation skills in English. Willingness to work onsite/offshore, travel to client locations, work in shifts (rotational), and pursue relevant certifications.

Good-to-Have:

Exposure to cloud/SaaS deployments, Agile/DevOps tools, and testing frameworks. Familiarity with Oracle OBIEE Reports, BIP, middleware (Oracle Fusion SOA Suite). Understanding of banking domain concepts and digital banking products. Skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
