Preferred Qualifications / Skills:
Finance, Accounting or Business-related degree, or comparable experience in accounting or business operations roles. 2-3 years of consulting, accounting, or business process optimization experience. External customer facing experience is valued. Proven experience in defining solutions to business process requirements. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to customers and team members. Advanced proficiency in English (both written and verbal). Passion for driving customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships. Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems (such as Oracle Fusion, HCM, Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365) is highly desirable.
