**Job Description** **What to Expect:** As a **Customer Success Staff Consultant** , you will… + Tackle complex business challenges individually and as part of a team through strategy, execution, and innovative problem-solving. + Deliver high-quality projects, proactively seek out opportunities for improvement, and provide best-practice guidance to help our clients maximize the value of NetSuite. + Consult with clients to deeply understand their business needs, map requirements to NetSuite functionality, and support smooth system configuration and adoption. + Drive customer satisfaction and measurable impact by meeting obtainable goals and metrics. + Be at the forefront of AI adoption in the ERP space embracing change, exploring new technologies, and introducing clients to transformative solutions. **Responsibilities** **Additional responsibilities include:** + Leading optimization efforts within engagements to deliver high‑quality solutions within time and priority constraints + Providing direction and mentoring to customer teams, and influencing customer leadership on key decisions + Managing clients in post–go‑live environments + Overseeing the delivery of NetSuite application functionality + Partnering with NetSuite technical and performance experts to achieve the best outcomes for customers + Delivering exceptional client satisfaction and loyalty is a top priority. In this role, you will often work under pressure, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and consistently strive to meet customer expectations. + Successful candidates will have experience gathering customer business requirements and strong business analysis skills. Functional knowledge of NetSuite and an understanding of accounting principles are highly desirable.
