The Engineering & Sciences organization is looking for you to join our team in a Hardware IPT role supporting as the Staff Chief Engineer - G/ATOR Radar Equipment Group (REG) IPT Lead based out of Linthicum, Maryland and will require full time on-site work. G/ATOR is based out of our portfolio in the Maritime & Land Sensors and Systems (MLSS) Division. This individual will lead a cross-discipline engineering team typically greater than 10 people for a medium to high risk project and interface with Engineering & Program Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Mission Assurance.
This position is contingent upon the successful transfer of an active DoD Secret Clearance.

Lead and direct cross-functional engineering teams during proposal, design, manufacturing, and delivery phases of products in development and production phasesSupport proposal development and new program acquisition effortsInterpret statements of work assigned by program leadershipDevelop and execute to project budgets and schedules, including Earned Value Management System (EVMS), critical path management, Estimates-at-Completion (EACs), and workload forecastsInterface with functional departments to secure team staffingWork with suppliers and be able to articulate project requirementsBrief internal and customer leadership on progress of work assignedPerform in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and collaborative/team settings. The selected candidates are expected to be self-motivated, highly-organized, and detail oriented and possess effective verbal and written communication skills.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience, Masters Degree with 10 years of experience or Ph.D with 8 year of experience in Science, Technology, Engineer, or Mathematics or other related technical fields; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
A current/active DoD Secret Clearance.
Experience as Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead, Technical lead, or other leadership role in a program office or business function with demonstrated team building, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Engineering leadership experience in a team environment
Strong understanding of the Design, Manufacturing or Test process
Fluency with developing and executing project schedules
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degrees in Science, Technology, Engineer, or Mathematics or other related technical fields.
Active DoD Top Secret Clearance or higher.
Knowledge and experience with ground radars and AESA radar development, design, test
Experience with the G/ATOR program
Understanding of Systems Engineering concepts, including requirements analysis and verification planning and execution
Knowledge and experience with antenna or subsystem control design, test, measurements
Experience in development of complex RF or Digital systems and sub-systems
PMP certification
Experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM) managing Earned Value Management System (EVMS) projects
