Job Description
This role is pivotal in driving the RENESAS's solution selling strategy, leveraging advanced analytics and AI to enhance sales effectiveness, accelerate market adoption, and support the User Experience (UX) group's mission to deliver superior customer experiences. The Data Analyst, Business Planning is working closely with/for Manager Business Planning and the team is responsible for developing and maintaining systems that evaluate and guide solution selling, using insights from sales data and AI-driven analytics to inform business decisions and enable sales and marketing teams to achieve their goals.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Management or a related field required.Certification in data analytics, project management, or AI applications is a plus.Minimum 3 years in sales/marketing, sales operations, business planning, or a related field.Proven track record in supporting business planning initiatives and driving organizational change.Ability to analyze sales CRM data; prior sales operations experience preferred.Strong understanding of AI concepts and their application in business (no need to develop AI models, but must understand their use).Proactive mindset for identifying organizational challenges and proposing data-driven solutions.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
