**Job description, responsibilities and duties**
The Project Manager Intern ensures that AT&T optimization projects are implemented meeting the agree deadline designated by global teams ANO /GCRM.
The PIM has overall ownership of ending customer communication, customer maintenance window scheduling and project follow up from A to Z. The PIM builds and maintains relationships within AT&T and other service provider groups to ensure that people within these groups understand and respond to requests and requirements of the project during the implementation.
Main responsibility required:
+ Complete validation/ scheduling task assigned
+ Run master report to update PM trackers/reports
+ Create any required ticket request for Eng support (WMS / OTAs)
+ Send Maintenance Planned Email to AT&T contacts required
+ Provide support for assigned project on update internal system with latest update from customer.
**Information about the selection process**
Contract: Fixed term - Internship (3 months)

Working hours: EMEA (20 hours a week)
Salary: from 700 EUR gross a month (part-time)

student university
higher education level 1st level
higher education level II.
**Language skills**
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
**Other knowledge**
MS Office (Excel /Outlook /Word) - Skillful
**Personality requirements and skills**
• Proactive approach to avoid issues and risks.
• Familiar with AT&T Business portfolio and technology.
• Very good interpersonal skills : Empathy, Respectfulness, Ability to lead corrective action teams, persuasive and diplomatic.
• Ability to multitask in a complex environment and deliver to timescales.
• Understanding of geographical and cultural, human and business differences.
• Ability to work in isolation and on own initiative in pressured situations.
