Qualifications:

Strong Math SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams)Strong communication and organizational skillsSelf-starter who can work both independently and with a teamFour-year accounting or business degree preferred or two-year accounting or business degree with equivalent experienceValid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities:

Accurate and timely posting of vehicle sales and purchases (Retail, wholesale and dealer trades)Verify all funds have been collected from the customer and notify appropriate dealership personnel of any discrepanciesAccurately calculate commissions for sales personnelRemit aftermarket products and process cancellationsProcess and send trade payoffs timely with appropriate paperworkReview and make necessary adjustments to schedules directly related to the dealsReview and reconcile general ledger accounts as directedWork with dealership personnel to obtain or correct paperwork & scan into DMS
